I've had great carrot cake & I've had okay carrot cake. Jakes carrot cake is insanely good. The perfect ratios of warming spice, sweetness and slightly tangy cream cheese topping. It was beautifully moist while still being light and almost crumbly The only negative, i didn't get the chance to savour it as my 4 year old was quite partial too! . I'll be ordering in twos from now on ! It's a 10/10 from us ️
